Apparently Rob Bennet downloaded a screensaver that boasted ‘See the TARDIS spin across your screen in 3D’ and downloaded it (it is available on my screensavers page). He was disappointed, because it was just a two image cut-out and very unconvincing. So he set out to make a much better one. It involved a cartoon fourth Doctor getting into the TARDIS, which flew amid a variety of space scenes, then encountered a Dalek.

In this new version, there are two kinds of Daleks, two Doctors, a Sontaren, a solid vortex, K9, and the Doctor blinks(?!). Also, it has a settings panel, allowing you to fiddle with it to your satisfaction, and choose the colours of the space vortex.
